Mesers. Matthew Moody & Sons,
Gentlemen, -- Please furnish me on deposit one Rival Disc light 12 Discs
and forward same to Lansdowne Station
on or about. first day of March next,
for which I agree to give my note to the amount of twenty two --- dollars
on delivery, in payments as follows :
A note for $ 22.00 payable first of July
A note for $ ............... payable............................

A note for $.................payable..........................
This machine being garanteed as per warranty on the back of this order. I agree to settle for it according to the above mentioned terms, as soon as it shall have been tried and has filled the warranty. I acknowledge to have received a true copy of this Onder, Agreement and Warranty.
It is understood between Matthew Moody & Sons and me, that Matthew Moody & Sons will continue to be the owners of the machine for which this order and contract is made, and that I will hold the machine as depositary only until complete payment if the price agreed upon, | further argee to furnish security satisfactory to them at any time if required If I fail to furnish such securtis when demanded or in case of the non- payment at maturity of any of the instalments as above or in case I leave or sell or try to leave or sell the property (or any part thereof) now own or occupy, or in case I dispose of my movables by sale or otherwise before complete payment of this machine, MATTHEW Moody & Sons will have the right to retake possession of the machine without any legal formality, and the whole unpaid portion of the price of the machine will immediately become due and payable if MATTHEW Moody & Sons for any reason should be obliged to retake possession of the said machine, they will have authority to sell it by either public or private sale as may seem best to them provided that the price of such (after deducting necessary expenses) is deducted from the amount that my still be due by me on the machine. Nothing in the above is to be interpreted in such a manner as to hinder Matthew Moody & Sons from suing linmediately to recover the amount of the notes not yet paid , but if they sue and are paid the balance owing , they must return me the net proceeds of the sale of the said machine when they will have found a purchaser for it. I, the depositary agree to keep the machine in perfect order and will repair it at my expense when necessary: I also agree that any damage happening to the machine through fire or otherwise will be at my expense.
