This machine is placed in the hands of the depositary subject to the following
WARRANTY :
This machine is made of good material and properly conducted will do good work. The depositary will have a day to try it, and if the machine does not work well, he must give netice in writingc explaining where the fault isi to the agent who took his order, as well auto MATTHEW MOODY &SONS. Termibonne, Que. and allow sufficient time for a person to be sent to put it in order, giving us all possible friendly assistance, furnishing a pair of horses, driver, etc. If the machine cannot be made to do good work, he will take it back to the place he took it from at his own cost, and we will replace it with a new machine, or the notes or money will be refunded. should any part break during the first season through defective material or workmanship, it will be replaced free of charge, when the broken parts are returned to us or the agent from whom the machine was taken. Continued use or possession or the omission to notify us as men- tioned above, will be conclusive proof that the machine has filled this warranty. MATTHEW MOODY & SONS. PROPERTY QUALIFICATION.
For the purpose of obtaining the within deposit I hereby certify that I own and have a deed in my own name for. 50 acres of land in the Parish of Lansdowne County of Leeds worth at a fair cash valuation
$ 3000. It is not encumbered by mortgage or otherwise except the amount of $ 200. ... and the title is perfect in me in all respects. I also own chattels in my own name to the amount of $ 500. ,clear of chattel mortgage or any other indebtedness.

GENTLEMEN,-As you require the machine mentioned in the within order to be exempt from distress for rent before accepting the terms of such order, and as I, the landlord of
(the person named within), might have the right to distrain the said machine, although your property, at the request of the said tenant, for his benefit and for the benefit of the land he leases from me, I promise and agree that if you furnish him with such a machine, I shall not, nor shall the same be distrained for rent.
