Tuesday 11th Was up to Mr Forster's last evening as it was W.R.C.F's 17th birthday. Played a couple of games at Croquet &c &c. Sowed some 'six week peas' and dug among the rhubarb. Rain is wanted badly; thought we were going to have some this evening but it cleared up. Wednesday 12 Helping to put on the carpets and curtains after Yester's whitewashing. Raking the ground out in the paddock for next season's Croquet.
