all day so went to bed early.

My foot still sore so didn’t go to church in aft. But hobbled
there at night. Winnie & Wibb were down for a chicken
dinner. Myrtle Kerr had a baby girl Sunday night but it died.
Had a terrible time getting to school – took my dinner. Got
80 in Geometry. Went to doctor at night. He said my shoe
had been too tight to paint foot with iodine.
Foot not much better. Didn’t go to school in aft. but studied
Latin & Trig. & how I hate studying Latin.
My foot was better. I studied Latin & then went up to library
& got 4 good books.
Had our exam. Then quit for Easter Holiday. I came home
with Mother & Dad.
Good Friday. Had our wood bee. Edin Robinson called in
aft. Went up to Winnie’s at night & heard final hockey game

wearing too short a shoe.

“Myself & Other Problems” by Smyth. Good.
Not much to do. Read quite a bit. Nearly all the snow has
