Eclipses, 1895.

In the year 1895 there will be five eclipses, three of the sun and teo of the moon.

I.-A ttotal elclipse of the moon, March 10th, visible in North and South America, beginning generally at 7.57 p.m., eastern time.

II.-A partial eclipse of the sun, March 25th, the end visisible at sunrise in part of eastern Canada and the Maritime Provinces.

III.- A partial eclipse of the sun, Aug. 20th, invisible in Canada.

IV.- A total eclipse of the moon, Sept. 3rd, visible in North and South America, beginning generally at 9.48 p.m., eastern standard time.

V.- A partial eclipse of the sun, Sept. q8th, invisible in Canda.

Morning and Evening Strs, 1895.

VENUS is an evening star to September 18th afterwards a mornign star. MARS is an evening star to October 11th, afterwards a morning star. JUPITER is an evening star to Jult 10th, afterwards a morning star. SATURN is a morning star to April 24th, an evening star to November 2ns, afterwards a morning star. MERCURY is a morning starabout March 24th, July 22nd, and November 10th, and an avening star about februsry 9th, June 4th and October 1st.

VENUS is brightest August 14th and October 26th. MARS not being in opposition during 1895, the satellites will not be visible. The satellites of JUPITER are not visible from June 12th to August 8th.
