Tuesday 9th

Arrived from Ayton today after a stay of about two weeks. Started from there at 10 A.M arrived in Mt Forest at 2.15 P.M. Have been out attending in the store in place of William who was working around home. Was welcomed home as though I was away half a lifetime. Was glad to see the folks, it is so lonesome in Ayton.
