May, 1925.

7 Thursday. Cloudy, cold & windy Hard frost last night. Snowflurries. Ella went to Elmira with Walter today Aubrey was plowing. Walter & Earl went to Jno. Schwints tonight to see some pigs Ella & Vernon hekped Ella Miller do some papering till the men got back.

8 Friday. Clear, cold & windy First sunshine in a long while. Aubrey was plowing ad Walter hauled manure. Jim Franklin was here for dinner We took Ruth Schwindt along and went to the Literary at Mrs. Aaron Snider's tonight and had a real good time

9 Saturday. Fine day. Warmer. Walter was drawing manure and Aubrey was plowing. The following people were here to practice for Mothers Day tonight - Mrs. Sam Bind, Mrs. Ed. Bender, Noah Miller and Esther and Kenneth Schwindt.

Born - On May 10, to Mr. & Mrs. Leon Wager, a daughter - Ruby
