27 Monday. Fine day. Walter & Ella went berry-picking in Reist's bushg this morning and Walter & Vernon this afternoon. Roy Haid of Kitchener, one of our former employees visited us tonight. Walter & Aubrey called us at Line. Weaver's

28 Tuesday. Rained this forenoon Aubrey was plowing this afternoon and Walter took some frist to Floradale Charlie Hilliard came up here tonight with the carriage & teams to get the sow he bought from Walter and stayed for the night.

29 Wednesday. Lovely day. Charlie left for home after breakfast. Wesley Miller was sawing wood for us all day. Earl Miller helped this afternoon.

30 Thursday. Fair weather. Walter & Vernon went to Elmira this a.m. Earl & Wesley were sawing wood this p.m. Walter went to Creekbank tonight.
