15 Tuesday. Damp drizzly day. Ella did her washing and ironing today. Walter took the rest of the wheat to Elmira this morning Aubrey helped to thresh at Noah Millers his forenoon and at Enoch Snider's this afternoon Grandpa & Grandma Krauter came here in their new (?) Maxwell sedan and were here for dinner Noah Miller visited us tonight.

16 Wednesday. Fair. Aubrey helped to thresh at Enoch's all day. Walter was plowing. Walter went to a Committee Meeting at church tonight.

17 Thursday. Lovely day. Aubrey helped at Snider's till 10 a.m Ella went to the School Fair at Parker with Noah Miller. Vernon came up with Walter at noon. Vernon got 1st prize for Marquis wheat in the cheaf and 2nd for wheat in the jar.
