  Saturday forward


Cloudy and sunny a little rain in AM. misty at night We worked land made 28 drills and sowed them with Halls Wisttring Turnips. Willie down town at night got at foots cream tatar 5 cts and at Adam Armstrongs lemons 5 cts. Bella brought from S Dunbar florist asparagus jams


Sunday

Cloudy and sunny Mr M; Vicar preached in AM from {large space here} and Mr McDutrh of Belwoodd to united congregation in St, Andrews at night from Joel 2:28 last clause Ms Samdham and Auntie at home for dinner coll {collection plate money} 10.


Monday

Cloudy a little rain at times Willie moved turnip land and harvested it. 2 cleaned cellar out wood etc. Mother up to day here last night Mary at home. I drove Mother down in evening and brought {quite faded} up Mary, got at foundry 2 pullys mended 25 at toots broom and yeast cakes 40


Tuesday

Cloudy and sunny. We hauled out 10 loads manure I shead{?} than and Willie clipped a sheep between loads.


Wednesday

Cloudy all day rain last night and most AM. Saw McKee and Robert Phillis married to-day. L took back L loads
