continued Wednesday forward Jess in buggy got lime at Kiln on way back 5 cts. D. allan down in morning to see about the cattle Willie drove him up to the fifty and they brought the cattle down from the sand hill to watertrogh and setted them there Chapman and Swagey in morning in auto try sell up corn cultivation. I finished scuffling new orchard and Willie chored the sheep before {illegible}. PM Willie finished shearing the sheep Final Bowley bring two such. I finished plowing and harrowing at J L.
4 Thursday
1 Raining last night and this forenoon at times cloudy day cleared off in evening. We have had no heavy rain this spring so far. Willie drove down took 58 lbs wool to Roundle left it there as Jim Russell was busy unloading binder he got at Ellis chase 18 cts bolts for plow at Mannies 6 cts bread todts 12 cts brought up ToM. I fixed broken handles in wheel hoe. Pm mwe spread 3 loads manure (apr) on pig yeard below new orchard no 4. a. and plowed most got not sowed with paine Willie helped Mary plant cabbage in new orchard, also dropped some. Shay took old paper off wall in dining room. We wld 9/12 day eggots Raves @ 17 ds $1.61 got lost wakes egg morning 161 1.61, 18 cts las than aported eggs being down + cts paid for cool oil 30 cts Willie drove to M Domain in evening Rogerson & Gus in to see colt Mr Joss in PM got dep for whistsee. I fixed fence between us and Sindales. Girls got government cheque on Monday $20.00
