Fine sunny very warm looked a little like rain at times. I disked turnip land AM Willie nailed fibre board in dining room. PM Willie drove down team in waggon to bring up sound hand stove from Roma but didnt get it he brought drill plow shear from Hodge who could cut sharpen it it being cast sted. We took land salt back to J L field spread it on turnip land after having harrowed it then we rolled it Willie put shear on drill plow again, a tedious job. We took Beatrice hifer young John hifer and Jersey calf up to Allans fifty in evening drove other cattle down to them from sand hill.

Tuesday

9 Exceedingly warm day sunny, dry weather. I made 32 drills at 1 l AM and Willie sowed them with Derby turnips. PM we drove down in waggon helped Willie load secondhand stove or range from Bob Kens whids he took up 59 also head and lemons in 7 oots 29 cts and lb 29 turnip seed Ellis 30 cts. I stayed to meeting 30 of Property Committee in Ridols then went to Wm. Deans to see his corn cultivator also to Chapmans Willie finished disking turnip land PM. I drove down to Maywoods with meat bay than Willie and I drove up to Allan to see about cattle got 1 lb Turnips seed of Davip our growing. Scharins milk 25. 25

Wednesday

Fine sunny warm day. I rolled and drilled 80 up rest of turnip land Ro 11 L making 44 drills 76 in all. and Willie took mean to Russells got there 809 62 sugar 50 cts turnip seed 25 cts nail to Mannies 3 cts. 55 25 1466 81 146 82 579 43 82 37
