Sun Jan 25_ Still storming a little. Uncle and Aunt Mattie went to Fisherville morning church. Uncle out at Mr Farr

{smudged writting underneath illegible} Mon Jan 26_ Fine mild day. We were at home all day.

Tue Jan 27_ Fine and very mild. misty. I was up at Mary Cutting Carpet rags, the children here.

Wed Jan28_ Beautiful day and mild. We all drove out to Thornhill brough Mr. Watsons out snow going

Thur Jan 29_ Thundered heavily and a little lightning { "3 eggs layed" written between lines} rained most of day. Aunt M and I at Pa's tea

Fri Jan30_ Fine day at frozen snow nearly all gone just ice on road, have had good sleighing since the day of Election. Aunt Margaret Dobson buried.

Sat Jan31_ Fine day. We drove to Thornhill got oysters, Pa+Ma here

Sun Feb1_ Fine morning. Uncle + Aunt N at church. We all went over to Pa's for tea. I am poorly. Very mild, poor sleighing.

Mon Feb2_ Raining a little. Uncle + Aunties at Thornhill.

Tue Feb3_ Mild day. I am still poorly. Lizzie called.

Wed Feb4_ Rained a little and cleared. We were all at Pa's sewing rags.

Thur Feb5_ Fine but cold. Aunt Mattie called at Mrs. G but did not stay

Fri Feb6_ Fine day. I was at Mary's sewing carpet rags. I went to church at night. I am feeling better.

Transcription Tips
