Monday Aug 24th fine I took Queen and Princess to Sorbys, in morning W.B. Chored & Cleaned box stalls Will was not well & went to Dr to get rupture Truss {fr?} I went to Mill in Afternoon 22 bgs grain pd $105 1.05
Tuesday 25th fine Will plowed all day. W.B. pulled weeds in morning & helped me in Afternoon to trim Cattle's heads & feet I went to town in morning got copys leaflets for Assn from printer. $150 Gro. 30c sent $120 to {Mutter?} & Lynch Brandon Man. bgt hardware 40c, Whip. 65c Oil cake. $175 1.50 .30 1.20 1.75 .65 .40
Wensday 26th fine Will Plowing W.B. Choring I went to town bgt. fence 55 rods. and at 38c from Shaw & 15 rods 42c from penfolds bgt refreshments for Scotch delegates but they did not come Ice Cream ect. $130 Fish. 49c vinegar. 50 130 .50 .49
3 Thursday 27th fine Will finished plowing and started to haul manure for fallwheat 3 lds. Took Princess to Sorbys W.B. & I worked at wire fence.
Friday 28th fine Will hauled manure. W Batty helped in Morning and went to Flicks Thrashing in Afternoon. I went to town sent Check for $2600 to Dr Couture being Quarantine Expenses on bull. sent postal note to Dairyman & Farming World plow shere. 40c stamps. 50c {my?}letters .05 26.00 1.02 .50 .40 .05
