Saturday 21st Nov 1908 fine Will went to Mill in Morning took 10 bgs oats. 3 barley & 2 peas sold 20 bu wheat to Redwin @ 95¢ $1900 1 Cockerel. 75¢. I went to town Recd $2650 from. Chas. Lawley Melita. being balance on Elm Park Master 2nd. sent. $900 Entry fees to A. P. Westervelt for Cattle to Winter Fair. bred E.P. Belle 3rd to Magnificent 25.00 9.00 19.00 .75
Sunday 22nd fine Mary E. Aunt J & I went to Church in morning. heard an Educational Sermon Col. 50. 02. We stayed at home rest of the day Tom & two of Children came for a while. .02 .50
Monday 23rd fine Will finished plowing and started trimming sheep W. Batty Chored. I went to town. bgt hardware 1.90c 1.90
Tuesday 24th Dull & wet We fixed up car in morning loaded sheep and feed in Afternoon. I pd for car $2800 and for Consul papers $300 pd. Mr Hamilton for Insurance $900 3.00 28.00 9.00
3 lds Wensday 25th fair. W. Batty helped with chores and hauled Manure. to Mangel grd I went to town sent $1550 to. J. W. Burt to record. 31 Suffolk sheep recd $2500 from J. Batty. for ram & $1100 from Geo. L. Bearss for ram bgt spray pump. $250 bgt $110 worth 20.00 11.00 1550 2.50
