JANUARY SUNDAY 16 1876
Sunshiny Lovely morning like April
Sacrament at Church today. Maria & I go. We find Baby quite sick on our return from Church. I go for Dr Anderson Mrs Ketchum comes over & gives Baby some Homeopathy medicin. She is very sick all night
JANUARY MONDAY 17 1876
Baby no better. I go to Tannery I sell Dick Briggs 1 side Sole Leather 21 1/2 dollars. 33 cents $709. Sample He dont pay for it to day. wants to try it first. I get my Books ready & {bouchures or brochures?} to take to Toronto in the morning. go home at 6 1/2 P.M.
