4th o Dec 1897 Very Foggy Lots of Frost on the Trees E Wind Boys after Ducks got none Gordon and Leander crofsed got the Mail and a Lot of Papers From D M Master Sent a Letter and 2 Paper to John Cameron Junction City Kansas got 5 cents in Postage stamps Turned to Rain and Wind and Frost Got a Bottle of Minards Liniment from Gordon got the mail
5th Fair Fixed the Ducks to Send to DMM Randolph here
6th EW The Festival of the German's St Nicholas Fernandez went with the Box of Ducks to Mr Hagarty to take to the Station I am not very well soar all night a Bad Pain under my Left Brast Gordon not well
7th EW Eddy Renshaw here him and Fernandez to the Kitt Kit Took Pills some Grains of Snow
8th Fine Warm E Wind Soft Fixed a Window in the Stable Fernandez went to Lancaster Gordon not Well

12th E Wind Found 45 Feet of Rope Fernandez went to A Frasers to Be Ready to see about his vote on the 13th
