  <td>cloudy high wind from the West and cold.  Some Snow last night the first for the Season here.  I was <s>Spre</s> Spreading manure John was plowing</td>

  <td>cloudy most of the day and cold.  I was husking corn, John finished plowing the litte field North of the house.  A hard frost last night froze the mud pretty stiff</td>

  <td>clear fore part of the day later part cloudy and cool.  I was husking. John drawing wood in the fore noon after noon drawing corn.  I bargaind 3 two year old Steers 1 the year old hieffer and 1 cow to Mr Bane of Newberry for $185</td>
