{page one} Camden Gore January 1883

Fri Jan 26th clear and pleasant. Anne Walter and myself went to to Dresden. I took Some grain and got ground
Sat Jan 27th cloudy and Soft. Some rain last night was cutting wood part of the day.
Sun Jan 28th clear part of the day and moderate
Mon Jan 29th cloudy and moderate, John and I Sawing Stovewood most of the day
Tue Jan 30th cloudy and Soft. went over the river with John for a load of rails this fore noon after noon was down to the Sh School house helping Survey the School ground
Wed Jan 31st cloudy with high cold wind from the west. we ware drawing rails and wood from over the river
Thu Feb 1st cloudy and cold, we ware drawing rails and wood from over the river
Fri Feb 2ond Snow most of the day. was drawing rails and wood from of over the river
Sat Feb 3rd rain most of the day. the trees covered with ice. a thick crust on the Snow not doing much to day
Sun Feb 4th clear part of the day and cold
Mon Feb 6th clear most of the day and cold, a very thick crust on the Snow. the boys are Skating on the crust. attended the Quarterly board at Florence

Tue Feb 6th cloudy and cool. was felling trees for wood
Wed Feb 7th clear a pleasant winter day. John and I was Shelling corn and putting up a load for Mill. after noon took it to Florence mill and got chopt.
Thu Feb 8th clear and cool. John and I was cutting Stove wood
Fri Feb 9th clear and pleasant. cutting wood again to day
Sun Feb 10th cloudy and cold. very Sharp this morning, we wea ware cutting wood to day
Sat Feb 11th clear a pleasant winters day
Mon Feb 12th clear and pleasant. John and I cutting Stove wood
Tue Feb 13th clear and warm in the midle of the day. very Sharp this morning. Anne Alice Ketchison and I went to Dresden I had to attend Coart, on a trial between John Campbell and the trustees
Wed Feb 14th cloudy and rain most of the day not doing much to day
Thu Feb 15th cloudy and Soft, we wear drawing tile from Florence
Fri Feb 16th a foggy rainy day, not doing much to day
