| Tue | Apr 24th | cloudy and Snow Squalls most of the day. I was Stakeing the fence part of the time. John was harrowing the ground for oat, before Sowing |
| Wed | Apr 25th | cloudy part of the day and cool. I was repairing fences John was harrowing. |
| Thu | Apr 26th | cloudy after noon wet, fore part of the day repairing fence this Evening was Shelling corn to get chopt, John commenced drilling in oats was Stopt by by the rain |
| Fri | Apr 27th | cloudy Some rain. I was takeing up potatoes out of the pits John was drilling in oats |
| Sat | Apr 28th | cloudy fore noon after noon clear and cool. heavey rain last night. I was pileing brush that was cut out of the Orchard the fore part of the day, was over the river fixing up fence in the afternoon. John took Some corn and oats to Florence Mill and got chopt. |

| Mon | Apr 30th | cloudy and cool. I was digging in the garden this fore noon, after noon went to Florence for Some apple trees I had ordered they had not come. John was drilling in oats the fore part of the day, latter part cultivating. Saw some chimney Swalows the first this Season. |
