Croton October 1904
Sat Oct 29th clear and pleasent.
Sun Oct 30th clear and cool. I went to church Mr. McMullen Preached.
Mon Oct 31 clear and cool. James Stagg calld in this after noon. Sarah awas here picking a few apples
Tue Nov 1 clear and warm. I was trimming my grape wines this after noon.
Wed Nov 2 a heavy fog this morning cloudy this evening and war. I was burning brush we cut at the apple trees. Bilton called this afternoon.
Thu Nov 3 clear and pleasant. They were holding the election for member of parliment to day at McIntoshes house.
Fri Nov 4 a few streekey clouds and mild wind from the east a prospect of a storm prtty pretty soon. Seth Crowell called this evening for the preachers Salery money.

Sat Nov 5th cloudy and cool. Sprinling rain this evening. Sarah was here this fore noon cleaning house and bakeing.
Sun Nov 6th cloudy and cool. No preaching at our church today Quarerly meeting at Florence.
Mon Nov 7 Cloudy and cool. hard frost last night. John McCuteheon calld in this Morning with a local option paper to get signed.
Tue Nov 8 clear part of the day and cold it froze the ground to hard to plow 28 deg above zero at 9 AM Dick was up this forenoon. William Sprole was trying to get Signers for Books.
Wed Nov 9th clear most of the day and cool. Bilton was here this forenoon. George Nelson was in awhile. I was cleaning out my Stove and pipe this after noon.
Thu Nov 10th clear and cool. Sararh Sarah was here cleaning house.
