Croton July 1905
Wed July 19th clear part of the day not as hot as yesterday about 88 deg. {highlight;"I cut the toad planting in the yard"}
Thu July 20th clear and pleasant. I pict berries most of the day. Mary and Sarah was here part of the after noon
Fri July 21st clear and pleasant. Sarah was here bakeing and cleaning house.{highlight;"I went over to See John my Brother but he had gone to Thanesville} Jermiah Jiffin calld in this Evening
Sat July 22and clear and pleasant.
Sun July 23rd clear and pleaant. {highlight;"I was at Sunday School and Church}
Mon July 24th cloudy and quite cool. I was picking Berries in the fore noon. after noon {highlight;"Mary came over from Sarahs and preserved them for me"}
Sun July 25th light clouds and cool. I hoed corn,{highlight:"Henry Snary calld in this fore noon.he brought me a piece of mutton Dick came up and brought some {money?}}

Wed July 26th light clouds and warm.{highlight;"I went to thamesville with Dick this fore noon."} after noon hoed corn. Anne Smith and Sofia Ketchson calld in awhile.

Fri July 28th cloudy. Sarah came over and cleand up the house.{highlight:"I went over and took dinner with Sarah and Victoria"}

Tue Aug 1st clear and cool. {highlight;"I was over to see John my Brother he doesn't appear to be much better."}
Wed Aug 2and clear and cool in morning war the rest of the day
