Croton September 1905

Fri Sept 29th clear and hot 90 deg. not doing much in the house most of the day

Sat Sept 30th clear and hot. 84 deg I just put a fiew pails of apples. Mrs. Chappe call to tell me Sarah was Sick

Sun Oct 1st cloudy and cool. Sphia Ketcheson calld in this Evening to bid me good by She going back to Wenepeg. Henry Snary and his wife was with her

Mon Oct 2ond cloudy and cool. James Nelson was withe me to dinner he called to bid me good by he is on his way back to Colarado

Tue Oct 3rd light clouds warm and windy. Sarah is laid up with laine back

Wed Oct 4th clear and hot. Aunt Victoria and Smmith calld in this Evening. I got a letter from Vic from Cleveland

Thu Oct 5th clear and pleasant. was over to See Sarah who is not much better

Fri Oct 5 6th clear I went over to Aunt Vic's to bid Anne Smith good by Sarah was over

Croton October 1905

Sat Oct 7th clear and pleasant. Sarah was over preserving peaches and cleaning house. Thomas Bolton was over and paid the Intrest on his Mortgage Jane Butler was her to get Some Sweet apples William Bulter came and got them

Sun Oct 8th clear and pleasant

Mon Oct 9th clear and hot 82 deg Bilton was her most of the after noon. I fell this Evening and got a black eye

Mon Tue Oct 10th cloudy and cool. I had an old acquantenc Richard Butler call on me this fore noon we had a good visit talking over old times. Sarah was in this Evening.

Wed Oct 11th cloudy and cool. rain last night rain again this Evening. Walter was in this Evening and took up his note. Tinny Cragg took away his Stove this evening

Thu Oct 12th cloudy and cool. a light hail showed this Evening. Bilton calld this fore noon I was then to Aunt {Orcks}
