Croton October 1906

Fri Oct 12th clear part of the day the Snow about gone. Sarah was here doing house work Jeremiah Tiffin was in a fiew minutes there was a hard frost last night the first to do much damage this faul

Sat Oct 13th light clouds most of the day

Sun Oct 14th clear and pleasant. no meeting on account of the anaversry at Huffs

Mon Oct 15th clear most of the day and fine for the time of year. Sarah was in for the dirty cloaths

Tue Oct 16th clear and pleasant Sarah was in this evening. the Sky looks as if it was preparing for another Storm

Wed Oct 17th clear and windy. I went out to John B Snarys and got my hair cut and brought home the gun

Thu Oct 18th cloudy rain in the evening Dick was here this after noon he brought me Some mushrooms

Mon Oct 22ond cloudy and Soft. Dick was here picking apples wich he took to Thamesville. Walter was puting up Oats

Tue Oct 23rd cloudy and cool. I went down to the old palce for mushrooms I got a fiew Sarah was here for dirtey cloaths.. this Evening Mrs Saw calld in to grind some Spice for pickles

Wed Oct 24th cloudy a heavey thunder Shower between three and four P.M. Bilton and David Will was in this morning

Thu Oct 25th cloudy and cool the Skye looks like Snow Storm Sarah brought a loaf of bread
