15 of April 1900 Easter Sunday a very fine day Sun Dance Dan Spink and Randolph came Lots of Eggs and made Taffy in the bush got some Tamrock sticks in the ice at the Pitt Point loons came lots of ducks cranes came Leander crofsed to church Froze some tonight Fortunate Day gathered 20 pails 16 {illegible}
16th fine Princess Louise crofsed from Summertown to Dundee got some Ducks and breaking the ice at the shore made a pike pole took down to the shore a 30 or 25 feet Tamerac 3 men at Squaw Island spearing EEls took sticks over from Sturgeon Island lots of ice going down set Ducks and hens to hatch today one on ducks eggs 2 on Hens eggs
17th fine drawing up sticks took 2 barrels from the bush rained hard tonight made 4 gallons of syrup today Fernandez took all the Ducks and 2 pigeons over to Summerstown bought a lamp chimney
18th Uncle Duncan's Birth Day fine Boys after Duck got 7 on North Side cutting some stove wood got 2 pictures wrote a letter to Douglas & Co Napanee Ontario put 25 cents in it 2 from Lewis got potatoes and milk Barnhart at Lewis hunting rats got a black rat

19th of April 1900 fine rain boiled {illegible} kind of thin Windy thinking to drop as it's not running Ice left the Back Bay frogs began their music Frog-Hawk around all the Feathered inhabitants of the air is come fixing the sive of the mill cool killed 7 snakes today
20th a very fine day took home some of the Sugar Bush rigging taking away the banking from the north side of the cellar and West End took the Bun down from the bay after Ducks lots of ice going down took back the lamp chimney as it is too big shot of rat a fishing light out here tonight taking away the banking
21st fine day shot pikes 6 ducks 3 of them Magansers Baited the line and set it let the cows out to the bush and sheep taking away banking took the Sleighs apart
22 Low Sunday Eddy Renshaw and Leander to the Kit Kit got 15 and a Barrel got a sturgeon on the line Randolph Adelaide Gordon John H here gave the picture to Adelaide Fernandez went to George to come to thrash rain some
