12th of July Orange Man's day fine high Wind finished the laying of the floor in the west and wrote a letter to Dr Landon got the cherry and Ash and a Butternut drew them to the bank Leander crofsed got back at 1/2 past 2 Windy

13th fine fixing their logs together to go to the Lancaster mail Wind kind of high I went to the head of the Island rained some Fernandez crofsed got a tow from Swan's yacht from the Bay

14th fine day went with the logs to Lancaster mill Leander painting the north side of the house Leander to Summertown putting the wool in bags Minnie came sugar from Haggerty's took Ash Joys from Lancaster

15th fine rain Leander went tonight Church heard George Nicholson lost 80 Dollars in Ottawa St Swithin's day

16th of July 1900 fine Uncle Bill and George Creamer here rained hard day and night very very high Wind and awful heavy rain and thunder and lightning blue Down more trees in the bush mowed a little in the Grove the Wind breaking the corn knocked Down the lane fence awful heavy Down Pores

17th fine rained heavy thunder and lightning Windy Dug some at the kitchen Cellar putting in the beams after taking the others out Stanley fixing the fence the Wind put Down a lot of boards passed Down got 1/2 Doz of them John Tyo's Barn on the point beginning to show plain

18th Windy a large vessel went up Hamilton West Down looking for gold button Leander crofsed to 10 lb of sugar and a box of potato bug poison working at the house
