Saturday Oct. 1, 1921. I went to Chatham in the forenoon and paid the waggon note $40.00 and for a Check froyd Harry Smith in the part payment for timber $500.00 and came home on the 11.20 cor and went on the second part of the mail and gave Browny for detolying $45.00 Mabel delivered on the first part.

Sunday Oct. 2, 1921. They had their Anniversary ar Calvin so we had no Church. Charlie and Joats were and went away in the evening. It sprinkled rain in the greater pair of the day.

Monday Oct. 3, 1921. I went to the Town Hall on the early car and attended a Council meeting. It sprinkled rain in the morning but the day turned out fine.

Tuesday Oct. 4, 1921 I delivered mail with the two Gips. It was cloudy and rained at times all through the day.
