Cold and clear Candlemas Day/ We were at a party at Elijah Brdige's tonight They celebrated the 15th anniversary of their marriage. We got home rather late. 5 Tuesday. Fair. Ella did her washing. Walter butchered a big pig here for Mr. Ellis today. Noah Miller visited us tonight. 4 Wednesday. Fine. Walter went to Drayton this morning and had his dinner and supper at Emerson's Ella spent the afternoon at Schwindt's and was there for tea.
