May, 1925. 28 Thursday. Cloudy. A few little showers. Walter shipped hogs today Aubrey was disking & harrowing the corn field. Mrs. Koepke came up with Walter and was here for dinner. Other callers - Irene Spies, Mr. Adams, Otto Miller, Charlie, Louis & Mrs. Miller. 29 Friday. Sultry. Cooler tonight Aubrey was harrowing and rolling Walter sowed some of the corn today Walter Ella and Vernon went to a concert in Bergman's hall at Floradale {givere?} by the Helper's class, a class of young girls and it was good. 30 Saturday. Warm & cloudy. Walter finished planting corn today and sowed sweet clover seed. Aubrey plowed. 31 Sunday. Sultry. Shower this pm. We went to church & S.S. this p.m. Mr. & Mrs. Otto Miller, Norman and Laura were here for tea.
