Wallace defeated by ~ Aunt Nellie went to call at tries Duncans. I went out to a Carnival in a load in the evening. Thurs Jan 16th. :Fine day turning colder, the sleighing good. Fri Jn 17th. : Beautiful, clear, frosty day. I walked to Thornhill in the afternoon. Sat Jan"th18_ Fine and very mild, I went down to Johnsons in the afternoon.
