Mrs R, L.Stiner and her S.S. class of girl, with a few others, met at the home of Mrs Wm Craig Buttonville, to organize a Jr. Women's Institute. Mrs Irvin Graves (distrist Scarboro president) conducted the meeting. I really got a surprise when the ballets were counted, & I was elected President. Viola Walker was appointed Sec. - Treasurer.
On Sat,14, May, our 1st meeting held at Mrs. Wm. Brown's (Mother) good crowd.

" Tues. 14 June several members attended the W.J. district annual meeting at Wexford, morning & afternoon.

Wed. June 15 our Jr. W.I. were invited to Mrs. Deacon's Sat. July 9. Jr. W.I. meeting at Della Stephenson's, good crowd.

Wed Nov 16 Janet French, Mary & I attended a W.I. meeting in the city. Frid Dec.2. I at a meeting at night at Viola Walker's.
