Thursday 4th Stormy I went to town in morning pd. D Lindsay's A.C. $1200 and pd. Dr Robinson's ac. 200 Sugar. $238, pd fo We chored around barn in afternoon fixing sheep pen ect. W. Cook and A. Ball Came to see about Cutting wood I agreed to give them 90c per cord for 4 foot wood & 50c for 20 inch short wood. they are to cut the straggling trees first and then take the Job in a {face?} starting at south west end.
X X Friday 5th snowy We Chored in morning and, ringed our young bulls we sorted potatoes, and showed Stock to Proff Day and Proff. {Cuancieg?} Arkell preparing for Judging course E.P. Belle 5th had Cow Calf by Lord Val
X Saturday 6th Stormy We did Chores and Tom Sorted potatoes I went to town bgt groceries 83c, Hardware, 80c School books. 25c. Tom Sent E.P. Belle 2nd down we bred her to Lord Val 2nd .83 .80 .25
Sunday 7th fine Mother went to see Aunt Jane at Hospital. Jennie Mary & I went to Church Col. 60c .60
