Saturday July 28th. Hauling & cutting hay in forenoon & working at turnips in afternoon. Joe Mc h.
Sunday July 29th. Raining all day. All at home.
Monday 30th. Working at hay and turnips. Goldie's left 200 flour 1000 bran.
Tuesday 31st. Hauling in hay - 6 loads. Joe Mc_ here.
Wednesday Aug. 1st. Johnnie cut alfalfa in morning. Alex & Joe Fisher at turnips until 10 o'clock, then they started to haul in wheat.
Thursday Aug. 2nd Hauling fall-wheat all day and finished it.
Friday Aug. 3rd Hauling in barley & shocking up oats Mr Hall here from 11-6 Joe Mc " 1/2 day.
Saturday Aug. 4th. Joe Mc_ here and worked till 4-15 P.M. All shocking oats. Fisk finished cutting. Paid Joe Mc_ $5 on work done.
Sunday Aug. 5th. Aunt Jane, Mary & I to church. Mr Crews preached.
