March Wednesday 17 1926 {blank} Thursday 18 {blank} Friday 19 Roscoe and I went to crokinole party at Jay Wells. Had Jean for a partner from the start and we stayed at the head table for eight games until Carl and his partner defeated us. Had a real nice time thanks to Jean. March Saturday 20 1926 {blank} Sunday 21 Lovely day. Roscoe went with me on the milk route when we drove Jean alone for the first time. Belyea's were here for dinner and I had lots of help washing bottles after dinner. Drove Queen up and spent a very pleasant evening with Jean. Monday 22 Two o'clock when I got home and in to bed but was up in pretty good time just the same. Busy time when I took Jean alone in the milk route myself. Retired early after we fixed horses up.
