Wednesday 7th.. 83. We husked corn with Tom Morrow. Mrs Bray came after ma to go over to Hixson's Big Maria awent over to Joyces. Annie was with her after School in Wilson Ada Bray came over to our place for company {Jane?} with her ma Annie got her tea & the she went to Bronte with Ada. When they came back I was Sleep on sofa & Sarah on Rocking chair. Thursday 8th.. Thanksgiving day. E.M. drove up to Station for first train Emma & her pa Mabel Gordon & Ida & Luella Loyd a little girl neighbor. They came to spend the day. It was near noon when got through our work we had duck & chicken for dinner after dinner Annie Sarah went over to Ingledews got Edith went around begging.
