March, 1928 7 Wednesday. Awful blizzard Addison Reist called on Walter. 8 Thursday. Fine day. Norman Snyder shipped hogs for Walter Walter went out to the barn today. Vernon drew some wood home from the bush. Callers - Andrew & Norman Henderson, Otto Miller, Mr. Day & son. 9 Friday. Fierce storm from the East. Walter was sewing carpet rags and Vernon did the chores. 10 Saturday. Fine day. Vernon was drawing wood home from the bush this p.m. Williard Weaver spent the day here. Noah Miller called on Walter. 11 Sunday. Fine day. Vermon & Ella went to S.S. and church this morning. Mr. & Mrs. Sim. Weaver were here for dinner. 12 Monday. Lovely spring-like day. Walter spent the day in Elmira and had his dinner at Norman Snyder's. Vernon drew some wood home from the bush.
