June, 1928 10 Sunday. Fair, cool day. Walter & Ella went to practice this morning and we all went to S.S and church this afternoon. Rev.E.N.Becker was here for tea We had our Children's Day sevices tonight 11 Monday. Lovely day. The men were plowing turnip ground. Ella transplanted stocks, snapdragons and some asters today. Annie Schneider called on her this afternoon. 12 Tuesday. Fine warm day. The men finished plowing the root ground. Walter took a load of grist to Floradale. Ella hoed & weeded Ella Miller's Garden this afternoon and stayed for tea. 13 Wednesday. Fine day. The men worked up the root ground. Walter went to church tonight 14 Thursday. Warm day. Ella went to Elmira with Walter and went to Kitchener in the {bus?} and had her dinner and supper at Edith's and called on {Helma Scheifele?} at St. Mary's Hospital tonight.
