September, 1928. 29 Saturday. Fair. The men plowed all day. Tonight we all went to Augus Weber's at Waterloo with Charles Miller in his new Plymouth. 30 Sunday. Lovely day. We went to {Woolwich?} Sunday school this morning and to the Elmira Rally Day service at 11.a.m. where Rev. {Imrie?} preached. We were at John Schweitzer's for dinner. This afternoon we went to church again and it was crowded to the doors. The Bridgeport orchestera rendered excellent music. Rev. Pletch of New Hamburg gave an address and Howard Duriamne of Toronto gave an illustrated talk. We came home for tea and visited Enoch Schneider tonight. Born - On Sept.29. at Torotno, to Mr. & Mrs. Aaron Miller, a son. Homer Grant.
