Then {jolitting?} wood in the back bush in afternoon. Henry Booth here. Quite a bright-day. Snowing but very sloppy. == TUESDAY, 19 == Done chores. FInished splitting and filing wood in back bush. Clara & I to town in forenoon. Mrs. Chester Walker {illegible} word here in evening. Brock were at {Dunones?} Very fine warm day. == WEDNESDAY, 20 == Done chores. Brock went to Nod in morning. THen ploughing on other place in forenoon. Mr. Hambly here in afternoon. Valuating stock. Borck took him home about 5.30. Jack went out to plough after dinner but came on rain about three o'clock. Jack= a {illegible}. Then a thunderstorm about 8.30 at night.
