19 Monday Morning. Mr Calder of Lancaster preached here in St Andrews in the morning and evening Yesterday, his text in the morning was 1st verse of 21st Chap Revelations, I cannot remember the evening text It began to thaw yesterday and we will likely loose all the snow
20 Rain, and the snow is going fast
21 I was at P. Meeting. The evening was very fine We sold 'Portry' to Sandy McIntyre on Friday for $.20.00 he paid 10. on Saturday, and 10 Yesterday. Pa paid $9 of taxes on Saturday. 9

I had Mrs Corrie mopping today I sold rags to Snider 25 cts bought 1 tin pot wth copper bottom 1.00 paid 75 cts in cash Bt 1 corn broom at D McKesic 22 cts it looks like rain Pa gave Prue 25 cts yesterday Mrs Vally Knitted 1 pair hose, and footed another hose for Birdie 25 c 12 1/2 = 38. We sent the sheep to Pigons on Thursday .25 1.00 .22 .25 .38
25 A fine bright day not one particle of snow The East wind is cold but otherwise the day is lovely. Mrs McGillivray was in Montreal last week Attending a meeting. .
26 Monday evening. This has been a very fine day but toward evening it began to cloud for rain. And it is now raining very heavily.
29 Baked today and began to wash in the Afternoon and Miss Catherine McLennan of Lancaster who is visiting at Murdy's came to spend the evening.
28 Finished my washing. Far went to the Gore wth cousin Donie yesterday
29 It began to snow a little this evening
30 St Andrews Day. Quite stormy and a good deal of snow. I saw some sleighs on the road and they appeared to run well All this month has been pretty fine quite a good lot of Sunshine.
