We are hoeing & taking in one load of hay. Mr. Myers was here. Mon. Tuesday Aug. 5 Fine & warm. Temp. 46°. We were hoeing most of the day & took in the rest of the hay. Mr. Myers went away. Wednesday Aug. 6. Dull & cool with a sprinkle of raiin. Temp. 60°. Singling turnips. J. Scott & J. Maxwell were away all day.
