Th. 21st. Fixing pig shed etc. Cleaned up 9 Bushels and a 1/2 of peas.
S. 23rd. Bought two ewes of Robert for the sum of Two Dolrs each One the ewe lamb he got in his division with Mr. Delf the other Campbell ewes lamb. Robert settled with Mr J.D. David Paid Interest on thirty one Dolrs at 12 per cent for the past year, als 1.15 cts. due from last year also for eight Bushls of wheat for seed at 110 cts p. B. $8.80 also 7 lbs of flax seed at 2 cts pr. lb. 11 cts. Mr David paid him for 3 cows to Bull last year 1.50 cts and cash on my a/c for the same number this year 150 cts. also acknowledged his indebtedness for lumber. Robert gave J. D David a Note for Forty One Dolrs payable on the 26th. of October 1866 bearing interest at the rate of 12 per cent per annum. Paid a difference in cash of One Dolr. twenty three cts. Robert received his old note on giving the new one. Robert paid our taxes for the present year. Fourteen Dolrs. nine cents and got a receipt in full. Robert settled with Dilman Bricker His note and interest amounts to Twenty nine fifty five. $29. 55 cts. he threw off forty cents and Robert paid him one Dolr. this makes all straight. Robert Let me have One Dolr cash. Robert paid Duncan Currie Two Dolrs on the Barn account this is settlement in full on that a/c. Paid the postage on the Globe for the past quarter 71/2 cts, lamp glass at Rubys 121/2 cts paid.
M. 25th. Christmas.
T. 26th. Paid Eight Dolrs to Roether on Detweiler & Brickers A/C.
W. 27th. Sold Henry Salter two Ewes for Four Dolrs.twenty five cents each $8.50. Chopping wood. Robert and Father saw my logs in the Gore.

F. 29th. Thrashing peas. Robert & Father sawing Robert paid his Library fee for One Dolr. to Martin F. Eby. librarian.
S. 30th. 1/4 of a cord of wood for the church for which the Trustees allow me half a Dolr. Bought myself a pair of pants (cloth for) also lining for Fathers coat paid 2,50 cash and left 1.15 cts. of a balance at Gordons.
