23 {illegible} the Revd Mr Cochran preached in the schoolhouse
24 plowed in the center field south half
25 Began to sow & sowed 4 1/2 bushel of Barley in the old horse paster east Line put it on about 1 3/4 of an acre it was plowed last fall sowed the large clover & alsike & timothy seed part of the garound is in good order
26 sowed 4 bushel of Black see wheat in the center field south half west line the grain is in midling good order Geordy worked for H McKey in the afternoon
27 finished cross draging the wheat & furrowing it out & shoveling it in the forenoon began to rain about 10 oclock heavy & rain this afternoon Mr Smith came hear for Mr Lillies

29 Do Do Do I helped P Morr to find & weld 10 times yesterday we put them on to day heavey rain this afternoon no work

Thomas Stinect came hear on 26th to ditch the ditch from the Road to the Barnyard along the line to finish it on {rest of line to faint to decipher}
