16 cleaned a place in the sand pit & drew 5 loads of sand for the church I charge the church forty half a day drew a load to the stable
17 worked at the church Wm & A Cornet & me John McKee took the job of plastering for forty one dollars he is to give it three coats he is to get two dollars extra for puting on a circle of plaster of paris in the center of the ceiling & around the stove holes
18 worked at the church Wm & A Cornet & I atended Bible Societie meeting in the shool house the Revd J Green lectured & he came home
19 I took Mr Green to Escott shoolhouse took dinner at Henery Taylors
20 Wm Cornet & me worked at the church on what we had to do M{illegible} put the first {illegible} on he was 5 1/2 days that is him & a {rest of entry illegible}
21 helped Wm Cornet to kill his hogs in the forenoon let out the Ram to the Sheep Robert Latimer got the Societies Ram to day that I had got {illegible}
22 began to plow in the Northeast corner field the ground is too wet to plow stuble the sod plows first rate fine day
23 killed the hogs Wm Cornet helped I {illegible} last night snow 4 or 5 inches deep
24 snowed & blowed all day cut & salted part of the pork
25 got hoops & hooped a barrel & finished the pork
26 the Revd Mr Robinson preached rain to day
27 cut wood Billie & Bessie got home at noon Lizie went to Toronto the afternoon drew out 3 loads of dung to the corn field
28 drew out some dung sold a tub of butter {illegible}
29 got some wood hard frost could not {illegible}
snow & rain 30 Stormed all day snow & rain Ad got home from Red River this afternoon all well saw Geordy {illegible}
