Sunday, March 26, 1922
Mame & Lloyd went to church in the morning.
We went up to the Griffiths in the afternoon for tea. Fred Griffith was getting along but they wouldn’t let him up as Charlie was very sick from “grippe.”
The greater part of the day was fine.
Monday, March 27, 1922
I delivered to the Bay and round the shoreline. Dick and Queen and the King working.
Lloyd delivered with the car all right and was to the Club with Alf, George, and Lloyd.
The snow was melting fast and roads very bad and rough.
Some frost this morning early and the roads were bad.
Tuesday, March 28, 1922
I went with Lloyd in the car to Chatham and on the return took a tire off the front and saw the P.O. inspector Mr. Sprackland.
Then delivered the mail and fixed the spring and went by Port Lambton on the Ridge car, and Lloyd drove in and Chatham and delivered on the Club.
“Temperature: high 46°, low 26°”
“Mild all day, frost early a.m.”
