Wed Feb. 1, Fine day, We went to a Party at Mr Horne's. Mr Johnston here fore dinner. I called up at Fathers in the morning.

Thur Feb 2, Fine but very cold, Annie and Lizzie called in the morning. Lizzie came over to stay all night. Aunties went to the W. A. Meeting at Mrs. Gibsons.

Sat Feb 4, Fine clear day, but cold, I called to ask for Miss Page. Annie and LIzzie went to Richmond Hill.

Sun Feb 19, Fine and quiet mild, went to Metro politan church in the morning. Massey Hall in the afternoon. and Holy Trinity in eve.

Mon Feb 20, Fine and very mild. We called at Jennie Speights in the afternoon. The roads very bad for turning out.

Tues Feb 21, Fine and very mild, the roads are almost impassable, Uncle met Margaret and Alice. Uncle and Aunt Nellie went to spend the evening with Louie McMurtry at Mrs Gallanoughs;

Wed Feb 22, Mild and very damp, Father and Mother here for tea the girls at the Thornhill Social.

Thur Feb 23, Fine and very, very mild, We all went to Fathers for tea

Fri Feb 24, Fine, mild and bright. Father, Mother and the three children called. We went for a little drive in the sleigh Annie and Lizzie here to spend the evening. The roads are getting much better.

Sat Feb 25, Fine and mild, we were at home untill evening Uncle went to Thornhill.

Sun Feb 26, A little blustery and colder, Uncle and Aunt Nellie at morning Church. I have a cold.

Thur Feb 30 Mar 2, Fine day. Aunties at W.A. Uncle at Mr. Hord's sale. We went to the Convention in the evening.

Fri Mar 3, Fine and quiet mild. two loads went out to the Convention, we stayed, snowed a little in the evening.

Sat Mar 4, Fine but a little colder. Mr. and Mrs Watson also Libby Fisher here for tea, we had had two fine weeks for winter weather.

Sun Mar 5, A little snowy at times. Uncle and Aunt Mattie at morning church, I went to Fisherville. Lizzie here for tea.

Mon Mar 6, Fine day, Aunt Mattie went to Toronto. Mother went to Mrs. Charltons.

Tue Mar 7, Fine day. Harold Parkinson here fixing the eave trough. I was over at Mothers for tea. very mild.

Wed Mar 8, Fine and Quiet mild. Uncle brought Mary and the children down for tea. Willie also here.

Sun Mar 12, Fine and moderately cold. I went to Fisherville and we went out to Thornhill in the evening.

Mon Mar 13, Fine day. I went up to Mary's for a while. Annie and Lizzie here in the evening.

Tue Mar 14, Fine and quiet mild, the snow settling nicely. I went down to Mr Teasdales for tea.

Wed Mar 15, Fine and mild. at home all day. I have a bad cold.

Thur Mar 16, Fine day. the Poole boys done working here. Nelson Smellie married. cames a little flurry of snow.

Fri Mar 17, St. Patricks Day. fine day. Mr Smith taking hay away. Aunt Mattie came home.

Sat Mar 18, Fine untill it camea little shower in the afternoon Tom Farr came out at night.

Sun Mar 19, Fine day, the snow going nicely the roads are not very good. We did not go to Church. Uncle took Tom home. Annie and LIzzie here in the evening.

Mon Mar 20, Fine day, the water over the road, but could walk over it. I could walk down the snow banks in the lane.

Tue Mar 21, Fine day Aunt Mattie and I went up to Willies in the evening.

Wed Mar 22, Fine day. Uncle went to Toronto to the opening of Parliament; the snow going, the wheels out. Mick here.

Thur Mar 23, Fine day, mildest yet, Aunt Mattie and I went over to Fathers, Robins here. Mr Watson and Mary there. Uncle came home.

Fri Mar 24, Fine and quiet mild. Made a road down the lane with the wagon. Mick went home.

Sat Mar 25, Fine day and warm. Uncle and I drove out to Thornhill then we brought Marjorie down to stay all night: the Black birds are here.

Sun Mar 26, Rained a little then cleared. We were all over at fathers for the day. the water still over the road.

Mon Mar 27, Fine day. quiet warm. Uncle and Willie dug the ditch out so the water is not over the road.

Tue Mar 28, Fine day. Mother and the girls here. Uncle and father out at Mary Watsons for tea.

Wed Mar 29, Fine and very warm. Uncle brought Willie and the children down. We called over at Miss Duncans, we cleaned clothes closets. Mr Clark lost his horse last night. one frog out.

Thur Mar 30. Fine but not quiet so warm. We cleaned our cellar.

Fri Mar 31. Fine day but dull. Miss Duncans and Mrs Teasdale and Annie here for tea. put in one bed of lettuce

Sat Apr 1. Fine but a little colder. We cleaned the chamber.

Sun Apr 2, Fine day a little cold. Uncle, Aunt Nellie and I at Church, I went to Fisherville. then went over to fathers and brought them over for tea.

Mon Apr 3, Fine day, we cleaned upstairs. turning colder.

Tue Apr 4, Fine day, we painted our bed room floor, cleaned the parlor and spare bed room. I went over to Mothers to see Miss Johnson. we put our Onions in.

Wed Apr 5, Fine day, we washed and cleaned up around.

Thur Apr 6, Cold, a little frost at night, Aunties at W.A. Meeting. I was over at mothers in the evening.

Fr Apr 7. Fine day but cold. we put our bed room Carpet down. I went to Thorn hill in the afternoon.

Sat Apr 8. Fine and cold. we were at home.

Sun Apr 9, Fine day a little cold. Uncle, Aunt Mattie and I at morning Church, I went to Fisherville. We were over at Fathers for tea. frogs out again.

Mon Apr 10. We had a little shower. Mr Baker here to start cementing the cistern. Mick started work.

Tue Apr 11. Fine and quiet warm, I walked to Thornhill for my parcel. men did a little work on the land. cistern finished. cleaned most of kitchen. only dining room to do.

Wed Apr 12. Fine day. Aunties at Mr. Whites for tea.turning colder, I went to Prayer Meeting.

Thur Apr 13. Fine day. cold. the men cannot start work untill nearly noon, as frost is heavy. Mary and the children here all day. I went to Miss Johnsons, to be fitted.

Fri Apr 14. Fine but cold, Aunties in Toronto. Annie and Lizzie here in the evening.

Sat Apr 15. Cold with snow flurries. I called to see A. Teasdale,

Sun Apr 16, Very cold, very thick ice. squawls of snow coming I went to FIsherville. Uncle, Aunt Mattie and I at evening church.

Mon Apr 17. Continuing very cold. could not work on the land untill afternoon. very thick ice.

Tue Apr 18. Fine day but very cold. Miss Keffers. Miss Whites and Mother, here for tea.

Wed Apr 19. Fine and a little warmer. Auntie washed curtains and things belonging the dining room. I went to Prayer Meeting

Thur Apr 20, Fine and much warmer. put potatoes in garden,

Fri Apr 21. Good Friday. Snowing most of the day. very disagreeable. Father, Mother, and the girls here for tea.

Sat Apr 22. Fine and warmer. Snow soon disappeared. I went down to Dr. Orrs. on the morning train. went to the Grand Opera in the afternoon.

Sun Apr 23. Easter Sunday. We went to St Anne's Church in the morning. and took a walk to High Park in the afternoon.

Mon Apr 24. Fine day. I was down town in the afternoon. I came home on the evening train. Our people took stove out.

Tue Apr 25. Fine day. papered the ceiling gave dining room a second coat of paint and put part of the wall paper on.

Wed Apr 26. Finished papering the dining room. We went to the Wedding at 2:30 - Auntie and Uncle went the Horse Show. I went to Prayer Meeting. Lizzie here for tea.

Thur Apr 27. Fine day. we finished the dining room. put the carpet down and completed it; very, very warm.

Fri Apr 28. Very warm. I called to see Annie Teasdale. Aunt Mattie walked out and called at Mrs. Gallanoughs. Auntie and I over at Mothers in the evening. painted chairs

Sat Apr 29. Fine and Very cool, we were at home all day.

Sun Apr 30, Fine but a high wind and cold. Willies all here to spend the day. also Fathers here for tea. Uncle, Aunt Mattie and I at morning church. I went to Fisherville.

Mon May 1. Fine and very cold, a little ice. Uncle drove to Toronto for seed Oats. he took the girls and I up to Richmond Hill to the Bengough Concert.

Tue May 2. Fine but still cold, and windy.

Wed May 3. Fine with the exception of a little shower in the afternoon. Aunt Nellie went down to the W.A. Meeting in Toronto, Uncle went to Toronto and stayed all night. Aunt M. called over at Mothers and Annie came over for tea. I went to Prayer Meeting.

Thur May 4. Fine and cold, Unce came home on the morning car.

Fri May 5. Warm and sultry. I called at Mary's in the evening. Aunt Nellie came home.

Sat May 6. Rained heavily all afternoon. a regular pour down. I went down to the Speights. went to tea at Mr. Jauceyln's.

Sun May 7. Fine day. I went to the Central Methodist Church in the morning, and the Congregational in the evening.

Mon May 8. Rained heavily in the afternoon, so I remained. Mr Huff here putting in lead pipe and fixing pump.

Tue May 9. Fine day. I spent the day with Alice and came home on the evening car.

Wed May 10. Fine day and moderately warm. Aunt Mattie and Annie in Toronto. I went for a drive with Uncle.

Thur May 11. Rained a very little in the evening. Aunties at W.A. Uncle and Pa at Mr Rumbles funeral.

Fri May 12. Fine day. very warm Aunt Mattie and I want to see Annie Teasdale in the evening.

Sat May 13. Very, Very warm. sitting out in the afternoon. We walked over to hear Mr Hornes' "zonophone" in the eve.

Sun May 14. Rained a little in the morning. Tom Farr here also Fathers family. The girls and I took a walk in the afternoon. We went to Concord Church in the evening. Very damp. Uncle took Tom home.

Mon May 15. We called at Mrs Martins. Miss Heron here for tea and Miss Duncan in the evening. Uncle at King City in the evening.

Tue May 16. Aunt Nellie called to see Mrs Troyer. We took our Coal Range out at noon. A little shower in the eve.

Wed May 17. Fine untill evening it came a little shower. Uncle and Aunt Nellie took a drive in the afternoon out where they are working on the James Bay R.R.

Thur May 18. Fine day a little cold, Aunt Mattie and Uncle out as far as Thornhill in the evening. Annie and Lizzie over. I brought us Rhubarb in the morning.

Fri May 19. Fine day. Uncle drawing gravel for the church. We called on Mrs. Charlton and Mrs. Ball in the evening.

Sat May 20. Fine but cold. Mr. Speight, Jennie and Aunt Nancy here for tea. Fathers here in the evening.

Sun May 21. Fine and moderately warm. I went to Fisherville. Uncle took a walk over to fathers. the girls and I went to Thornhill M. Church. Uncle and Aunties at evening service.

Mon May 22. Fine and warmer. Aunt Mattie at fathers for tea.

Tue May 23. Fine day, Aunties walked out to Thornhill. called on Miss Holton.

Wed May 24. Fine day. Annie and Lizzie here for tea. Uncle too Lizzie and I up to Richmond Hill for a drive.

Thur May 25. Fine untill it came a rain at night; Auntie went to see Annie Teasdale.

Fri May 26. Fine day. we put our tomatoe plants out. Uncle in Toronto. Lizzie here for tea. Uncle and Auntie went to see Mrs. Toyer in the evening.

Sat May 27. Fine day and warm. Frances Morse came out. Uncle took her and I for a drive to the James Bay R.R. Uncle got the calf from fathers.

Sun May 28. Fine and warm. Uncle Frances and I at morning church. Willies family here. We were at fathers in eve.

Mon May 29. Fine day untill a heavy rain at night. Francies went home on the evening car.

Tue May 30. Uncle at Mr. Reamans laying foundation. fine, cool

Wed May 31. Fine and moderatily warm. Ethel and Meta Orr came. Willie and Mercy Cook and Miss Shearman called.

Thur June 1. Fine day. Mr Reamans raising. We girls took a drive up to see it.

Fri June 2. Fine but cold. Annie and LIzzie here for tea. the Orr girls went home. We went up to hear the Zonophone in the evening. Aunt M. and Lizzie called at Mrs. Martins.

Sat June 3. Fine day. Mr Tuesby finished the trees. girls called up in eve.

Sun June 4. Rained nearly all morning. did not go to church, we were at Fathers for tea.

Mon June 5. Rained heavily in the afternoon. Uncle and Millie went to the James Bay R.R. Father at Dr. Caven the girls called in the afternoon.

Tue June 6. Rained a little. I went to see Annie Teasdale and had tea. Aunt Mattie at Mothers for tea. Uncle in Toronto.

Wed June 7. Rained heavily untill three o'clock. Mick went home. Uncle and Aunties at Willie Cooks'. I was alone and went to Prayer Meeting.

Thur June 8. Fine day. but very wet after the rain. I went to Mary's for tea. Aunt Mattie and Uncle called at Mr. Gibsons in the evening.

Fri June 9. Fine and warm. Mr and Mrs Gibson's. here. also Annie and Elsie Tisdale. Mr. G. took some snap shots.

Sat June 10 Rained heavily in the evening.

Sun June 11. Whit Sundy Dull, sultry and muddy. Mr and Mrs Reive also Kathleen here. the latter and I went over for the girls in the afternoon.

Mon June 12. Fine and quite warm. We went to Guelph. went at 8 O'clock. arrived shortly after eleven and left at 7:30 and home at ten O'clock (1.15) Aunt Nellie in Toronto. At church in the evening.

Tue June 13. Fine and very warm. Uncle at the synod.

Wed June 14. Fine day. Uncle in Toronto. I went to Prayer Meeting.

Thur June 15. Fine day. very warm. Aunt Mattie in Toronto.

Fri June 16. Fine and warm. shower at night.

Sat June 17. Fine but very sultry and hot. we were at home.

Sun June 18. Fine morning. a terrific rain and thunder. fridges washed out. we called at Fathers in in the evening.

Mon June 19. Rained heavily in the afternoon. the men are hauling gravel and working on the road. very, very sultry.

Tue June 20. Fine day. very warm. Aunt Mattie and I went to Mrs. Troyers in the evening. Uncle and Aunt Matti out at Thornhill for a drive. Miss Katie Wilcox called in the evening, when we were away.

Wed June 21. Fine-day, and moderately warm. I went to Prayer Meeting

Thur June 22. Fine Day. turned cool in the evening. the men finished working on the roads. We went to a garden Party at Mr. Gibsons.

Fri June 23. Fine day. I called in at Mrs. McDonalds in the evening. Aunt Nellie at Fathers in the evening. Fred came.

Sat June 24. Fine and moderately warm. Uncle and Willie up at Mr. Robinsons barn raising north of Richmond H. Aunt Nellie went to N. Toronto to meet Alice. Lizzie here we walked out to meet Alice and Auntie.

Sun June 25. Very, Very hot. Uncle, Aunt Nellie and Alice at morning church. I went to Fisherville. Masonic Sermon at Thorn hill. thunder storm at night.

Mon June 26. Very cool and dull. Uncle went to Toronto in the evening . cut the yard and orchard.

Tue June 27. Fine and very cool. Uncle, Aunt Nellie, Alice, Lizzie and I up at the S.S. Picnic at Bond Lake.

Wed June 28. Fine and cool. Alice, Aunt Mattie and I over at fathers for tea. I went to Prayer Meeting.

Thur June 29. Fine and cool. the men got the hay out of the yard in. Father, and Mother here for tea. Mrs. Clark and Ida here in the evening. Grant had convulsions.

Fri June 30. Fine day, a little warmer. Uncle took Alice to the Car. he and Aunt Mattie went for a drive in the evening. Aunt Nellie went for her dress.

Sat. July 1. Dominion Day. rained in the afternoon and evening. Fred went away to Toronto.

Sun July 2. Very warm and sultry, came a few drops of rain, Uncle, Aunt Mattie and I at morning church. Uncle and Aunt Nellie at fathers for tea. Aunt Mattie the girls and I at evening church.

Mon July 3. Came a very heavy rain in the evening.

Mon July 3. Very warm, Aunties went to Toronto on the noon car.

Tue July 4. Very sultry came a thunder storm in the evening. cut wild oats, Mr Bracks farm blown down

Wed July 5. A little cooler, Aunt Lizzie came out on the evening train.

Thur July 6. Fine and very warm, Aunties over at fathers. Annie and Clara Teasdale called.

Fri July 7. Rained a little in the morning. Uncle and Aunt Mattie took Aunt Lizzie to the car. Annie and I went to see Mrs. Troyer in the evening.

Sat July 8. Just a little shower in the afternoon. Will Riddell finished shingling. Mr. Kirbys putting the horse rake together. Uncle, Aunt Mattie and I at Mr. Teasdales for tea.

Sun July 9. Fine and a little cooler. Uncle, Aunt Nellie and I at morning church. I went to Fisherville. Fathers also Marjorie and Charlie here for tea.

Mon July 10, Rained steadily nearly all morning. Uncle went to Toronto,

Thur July 13. Fine morning but came a heavy thunder shower after dinner. Chriss Cook wife and son also Aunt Jennies came in the afternoon. Mr. Passmore down in the evening.

Fri July 14. Chriss Cooks left on the morning train. Aunt Jennie and Uncle over at fathers in the evening.

Sat July 15. Fine and very cool, the men working at the hay. Lizzie over for sweet peas. Aunt N. picking Berries

Sun July 16. Fine with the exception of a few drops in the morning. I went to Fisherville. Fathers family here for tea. the girls and I at Thorn hill M.E. church

Mon July 17. Fine but extremely warm. Aunt Nellie picking berries at Mr. Wrights bush.

Tue July 18. Extremely warm, Aunt Jennie and Nellie at fathers. I went picking berries.

Wed July 19. We picked a pail of cherries. Aunt Jennie and Mattie went to Toronto. I went to Prayer Meeting.

Thur July 20. Fine and very cool, the girls Mary and I at Mr. Whites for tea. Aunt Mattie came home.

Fri. July 21. Fine and cool, we went picking berries. Went to Thornhill in the evening. Lizzie called in afternoon.

Sat. July 22. Fine and Cool. Aunt Mattie at Mrs. Troyers in the evening.

Sun July 23. Rained in the morning. George Fishers barn burnt, I went to Fisherville. We went to evening church. It came a little shower.

Mon July 24. Very cool, I went picking berries.

Tue. July 25. Dick Smurthwaite here working. I went to Toronto on the noon car.

Wed July 26. I went picking berries they are scarce now. I went to Prayer Meeting. Aunties up at Willies in the evening. quite cool.

Thur July 27. Fine day we were at home. men haying I went to Mr. Whites. Aunt Mattie came

Fri July 28. Fine day. Mary and the children here all day. the men finished haying.

Sat July 29. Rained this morning. Uncle went to Toronto in the afternoon. Aunt Mattie at fathers for tea.

Sun July 30. Tom Farr here. dull and threatening. but no rain I went to FIsherville. Aunt Mattie and I at evening church. Uncle drove Tom home in the evening.

Mon July 31. A little shower but cool. I went up to Mary's in the evening. our people started cutting barley.

Tue Aug 1. Fine day, the men harvesting.

Wed Aug 2 Fine and cool, I went to Prayer Meeting in the evening.

Thur Aug 3. Fine day. I was was at home all day. Aunties at W.A. Meeting

Fri Aug 4. Aunt Nellie picking berries in the morning. it rained in the afternoon. Mrs. Clarke and Ida called in evening.

Sat Aug 5. Fine and very warm. Aunt Mattie went to Aunt Lizzies. Mary left the children here and went Thornhill.

Sun Aug 6. Very warm and dull, Aunt Nellie and Uncle at church. I went to Fisherville. and we went for a drive in the evening. Lizzie and Annie Mason Called.

Mon Aug 7. Fine day. the men hauling barley. " Civic Holiday."

Tue Aug 8. Fine day, very warm, our men at fathers all day. Mrs. Alfred Reaman called.

Wed Aug 9. Fine day. very warm. the men all here. picked our first tomatoe. I went to Prayer meeting.

Thur Aug 10. Fine and extremely warm, the men went home at noon. Aunt Mattie came home, getting barley rakings.

Fri Aug 11. Rained a little, cutting in the afternoon. very warm.

Sat Aug 12. Very, Very warm. came a thunder shower in the afternoon. Herbert Smellie came at noon. Father very sick with cramps. they sent for the Doctor we were over in the evening.

Sun Aug 13. We brought Marjorie down. Fine Day. Uncle and Aunt Nellie at church. I went to Fisherville. We were all at fathers for tea.

Mon Aug 14. Fine day. Herbert left. our people cutting Oats, Uncle went to see about the thrashing machine. Lizzie also Annie and Clara Teasdale here.

Tue Aug 15. Rained heavily all day with a high wind. Uncle in Toronto. rain came in our dining room over window.

Wed Aug 16. Fine but very wet, quite cool. I went to Thornhill with Umbrella in the afternoon. at Prayer Meeting

Thur Aug 17. Fine day, cool. Uncle in Toronto with wheat.

Fri Aug 18. Fine and still cool. Aunties, Marjorie and Lizzie went to Toronto. Uncle went on the met. Excursion to Bonds Lake, at night. started cutting hit find it pretty soft.

Sat Aug 19. Rained late in the afternoon. got a few load of Oats in.

Sun Aug 20. Fine but dull. I went to Fisherville. Aunt Mattie and I at evening church, over 60. congregation.

Mon Aug 21. Fine day. with exception of a few drops in the eveing. but no harvesting after rain on Sat.

Tue Aug 22. Fine a little warmer, men all at fathers. Aunt Mattie and Jamie at the Dentists.

Wed Aug 23. Fine day. our men at fathers in the foreman. Mary down took Marjorie home, Aunt Matties and I in Toronto, I went to Pray in Meeting.

Thur Aug 24. We went to call at Miss Duncans in the evening. Fred lift this morning fathers men all here in the morning then he and Willie went home.

Fri Aug 25. Bert here helping to pull peas. girls over in the evening. we got basket of tomatoes at store for 25 cts.

Sat Aug 26. Our people are getting in rakings. Clara Teasdale and Essie Porter here for tea, fine but windy.

Sun Aug 27. Finest Sunday for a long time. very dusty. Mrs. Troyer died. Uncle and Auntie went, Mr. Baldwin here for dinner. Aunt Nellie at norming church. I went to Fisherville.

Mon Aug 28. Fathers are thrashing. Aunt Nellie, and I called at the Troyers in the afternoon.

Tue Aug 29. Fine but quite warm, we are thrashing. Aunt Nellie and I at the funeral.

Wed Aug 30. Fine day a little cooler. our men at fathers. no {between the lines "Mr Martins Thrashing." } Prayer Meeting. Very windy and dusty, Auntie & A. at Dentists.

Thur Aug 31. Fine day. Auntie and Annie came home from {Between the lines " Mr. Derlisos thrashing."} Alices. in the evening. they went to Ex last eve.

Fri Sep 1. Fine day. men at fathers hauling in. Aunt Mattie and I called at Mrs. Gibsons got a few plumbs.

Sat Sep 2. {between the lines "fathers harvest finished"} The men here hauling in, came a little shower at night.

Sun Sep 3. Fine day and cool. Uncle, Aunt Mattie and I at church. I went to Fisherville. Aunt Mattie and I at Concord church in the evening. Uncle and Aunt Nellie out for a little drive.

Mon Sep 4. Came a little shower, had to stop harvest. Uncle and Aunt Nellie went to Mr. Gibson's for plumbs.

Tue Sep 5. Fine Day. our men at Mrs. Clarkes thrrashing. Aunties in Toronto

Wed Sep 6. Fine day quite warm. the girls and I at the Exhibition Mrs Wallbridge. Mr Nightingale and Mr Anderson came. Our people finished harvest.

Thur Sep 7. Warm day, a little shower in the afternoon. Father and Mother here for tea.

Fri Sep 8 The company left. Aunt Nellie went to Toronto. A little shower in the afternoon. Lizzie and Marjorie here for corn. Aunt Mattie went to see Annie in the evening Lizzie and I went to call at Troyers. "Mick at Fair.

Sat Sept 9. Fine day, warm. Uncle in Toronto in the afternoon T. Farr came out of night.

Sun Sept 10. Fine day. very warm, I went to Fisherville. Fathers all here for tea. Uncle took Tom home.

Mon Sept 11. Showery and warm. Uncle at fathers in morning Mr. Gibson called.

Wed Sept 13. Fine but cold. Uncle started to team hay. We called on Miss Phillips. Lizzie brought as pears and Plumbs. I went to Prayer Meeting.

Thur Sept 14. Fine but cold. a heavy white frost. Mr and Mrs Gibson called. we had early tea.

Fri Sept 15. Fine day. Aunt Mattie went over to fathers for tea. Uncle in Toronto, a little later home.

Sat Sept 16. Fine day a little warmer. Auntie and I helped Lizzie mend bags.

Sun Sept 17. Rained a little all day, and in the evening it came a heavy downpour. Aunt Mattie and Uncle at church. I went to Concord but Frank Bours disappointed. Uncle and I at fathers for a little while in the afternoon.

Mon Sept 18. Fine and very warm. at home all day.

Tue Sept 19. Fine day. very warm. Lizzie, Aunt Mattie and I went out to decorate.

Wed Sept 20. Fine day, warm, Aunt Matti and I went out to help. I came home for tea then went back collection $35. Canon Dixon preached. Harvest Thanksgiving Service.

Thur Sept 21. Fine and very windy. Mrs Charlton and Mother here for tea. Uncle at Eglinton in evening.

Fri Sept 22. Fine day, moderately warm. I went to Mr. Teasdales for tea. Mr. Smellie and Mrs Milni called in the evening

Sat Sept 23. Fine day a little colder, the girls went to Davisville.

Sun Sept 24. Fine day, colder. Uncle Aunt Mattie and I at church I went to Fisherville. Father and Mother here to tea.

Mon Sept 25. Fine and cool, very cold. brought our plants into the shed.

Tue Sep 26. Fine and bright but very cold. ice this morning for the first time. Aunt Mattie called at Mrs. Gibsons. Aunt Nellie called at Mary's. We went to Mrs Pooles in the evening to trade a rooster. tomatoes & plants frozen

Wed Sept 27. Fine and a little warmer. We cleaned our Parlor and put up the stove. I went to Mrs McDonalds for tea.

Thur Sept 28. Fine and warm. sitting out on verandah. Mrs MrDonald and the children here for tea.

Fri Sept 29. Very, Verry bot, Uncle went to Toronto in afternoon. Aunt Nellie went to Whitby. Lizzie called in the evening.

Fri Sept 29. Fine and very hot. Uncle in Toronto with hay. girls here in the evening.

Sat Sept 30. Verry Very hot. Uncle went to Toronto on the noon car. Aunt Nellie went to Whitby. Lizzie called in the evening. sitting out it is so warm.

Sun Oct 1. Fine and very warm. We went to morning church. I went to Fisherville. Up at Willies for tea, Uncle could not go as the horse is sick. Dr. Campbell here.

Mon Oct 2. Rained nearly all day. LIzzie here.

Tue Oct 3. Fine a little cooler. Joe started work. pulling Mangels.

Wed Oct 4. Fine day moderately warm. I went to Prayer Meeting but there was none. Mr Martins thrashing.

Thur Oct 5. Fine day. Aunt Mattie and Annie at Dr. Eatons. then came up to W.A. Aunti Nellie came home.

Fri Oct 6. Fine, a little frost. we walked out of see Mrs Dean. in the afternoon.

Sat Oct 7. Fine and cool, a little ice. our men at Mr Phillips thrashing.

Sun Oct 8. Fine and very warm, out in muslin waists. We were at fathers for tea. I went to Fisherville. Uncle and Aunties at morning church.

Mon Oct 9. Fine day picked our potatoes 18 bags. Uncle in Toronto.

Tue Oct 10. Fine day, quiet warm. Auntie at fathers in the eveing.

Wed Oct 11. Fine and a little colder, I went, rained last night. I went to Prayer Meeting. cleaned chamber, pantry &c,

Thur Oct 12. Fine day, we cleaned our upstairs.

Fri Oct 13. Fine and moderately warm.

Sat Oct 14. I was at fathers in the afternoon.

Sun Oct 15. Fine but exception of a little squawl, Fathers all here for to spend day. Lizzie and I at Fisherville. Uncle and Aunt Nellie at evening church.

Mon Oct 16. Fine day we cleaned dining room.

Tue Oct 17. Fine day. we cleaned coal stove and put it up.

Wed Oct 18. The girls and I at Aunt Lizzies to spend the day. poured rain all day.

Thur Oct 19. Dull and cold. Joe left this morning. the day of Woodbridge Fair. Aunt Nellie took pidgeons to Aunt Lizzies, heavy rain all night.

Fri Oct 20. Fine but cold. We cleaned mans room and Kitchen. terrific wind blew apples off.

Sat Oct 21. Fine but dull and cold. Aunties poorly.

Sun Oct 22, Uncle and Aunt Nellie at church, I went to Fisherville. came quite a shower while in church.

Mon Oct 23, Fine but cold and dull picked some apples. Mr. Teasdales here for tea. had parlor stove light.

Tue Oct 24. Fine day. Aunt Mattie and I in Toronto in the afternoon. finished picking 6 barrels of hand picked apples, as well as boxes. My hat 2.50.

Wed Oct 25. Very hard frost. I went to Prayer Meeting.

Thur Oct 26. Thanksgiving Day. very cold, Annie and the children here for a while in the afternoon. Uncle and I went to Mr. Watsons in the evening. Mary and I went to Revival Meeting.

Fri Oct 27. Fine day but cold. Aunt Nellie has a felon on her finger. the girls here in the afternoon.

Sat Oct 28. Dull and cold coming a few flakes of snow. We had 18 bags of potatoes. brought in yesterday Aunt Nellie over at fathers for tea.

Sun Oct 29. Fine but dull and very cold. Uncle Aunt M. and I at church, I went to Fisherville.

Mon Oct 30. Fine bright day. Aunt Nellie in Toronto, the men at Mrs Clarkes thrashing. we cleaned our back kitchen. L and I helped father with turnips. Miss Phillips called

Wed Nov 1. Rather blustery, very high wind, and freezing. We light our coal stove.

Thur Nov 2. Fine but cold, we were at home.

Sat Nov 4. Fine but threatening rain. Johnsons bought our chickens at 8 cts a pound. men finished turnips.

Sun Nov 5. Fine and moderately untill evening it came a rain. Fathers family also Willies here for dinner at night, we had ducks.

Mon Nov 6. Rained a little most of the day. Uncle went to Toronto in the afternoon.

Tue Nov 7. Rained in the afternoon, quite mild. Aunt Mattie and I in Toronto.

Wed Nov 8. Rained a little in the morning, then clearing. We were at home all day.

Mon Nov 27. Fine bright day. Aunt Mattie went to Aunt Lizzies. Uncle and I at Thornhill in the afternoon. Tax Collector called.

Tue Nov 28. A east snow storm then turned milder with rain. Mick went home. brought cattle and calves in.

Wed Nov 29. Fine day turning very cold. Aunt Mattie came home Father and Annie here for dinner.

Thur Nov 30. Fine but freezing very hard. and cold all day.

Fri Dec 1. Fine bright and frosty. I went to Toronto. (Dr. McLean $3). Uncle and Auntie at fathers in the evening.

Sat Dec 2. Came a thick covering of snow last night, then turned to rain today. Aunt Mattie and the girls went to the theatre. the girls stayed at Davisville.

Sun Dec 3.- Came a little snow. Uncle, Aunt Mattie and I went to church, I went to Fisherville. Uncle and Aunt Nellie at fathers in the evening.

Mon Dec 4. Fine but cold. Uncle in Toronto in the afternoon. I called at fathers in the afternoon.

Tue Dec 5. Fine but cold. Uncle in Toronto. Mick here again. Aunt Mattie and I walked down to Lydia Wilsons for tea.

Wed Dec 6. Fine and quite mild. LIzzie called.

Thur Dec 7. Fine and very mild. We butchered at fathers, a grand day.

Fri Dec 8. Fine and very mild. Uncle in Toronto. lovely day.

Sat Dec 9. Fine but dull, very sloppy. I went to Mr. Teasdales for tea.

Sun Dec 10. Fine but cold and all frozen dry and clean. Uncle, Aunt Nellie and I at church, the four girls and I went to Thornhill Church in afternoon. Uncle and I went to Mr. Phillips in the evening.

Mon Dec 11. Fine and a little milder. Auntie brought Marjorie down. Uncle put my skates on.

Tue Dec 12. Snowed in the morning, then fine and mild. I made one of the school dresses.

Wed Dec 13. Fine bright day. a little snowy under foot. We got along fine. 935lbs of pork in all. (We got a half.

Thur Dec 14. Fine day but very cold, we made our pies. I went to the Pond to skate at night. very frosty.

Fri Dec 15. Fine day but cold. Mother and Aunties at Toronto. Percy Farrell came in the afternoon. I went over to the School to a bee at night.

Sat Dec 16. Fine and much milder. Percy went away. Uncle a Maple. Aunt Mattie at Mr. Cox funeral. I went to the pond at night.

Sun Dec 17. Fine and mild, the roads a little muddy. I went to Fisherville, Aunt Nellie at fathers.We went to evening church.

Mon Dec 18. Fine and mild, foggy. Byron Farrell and his wife here for dinner. Lizzie here for a while Mr. Johnson got our turkeys 12 1/2cts a pound. I went over to the School in the evening. Killed ours

Tue Dec 19. Fine and mild, foggy. Aunt Mattie and I in Toronto.

Wed Dec 20. Mild and foggy. Aunt Nellie took little gifts up to Willies children in the afternoon. I went over to decorate at the school.

Thur Dec 21. Snowing and raining, very sloppy. Uncle took us out to decorate, but no brush there. Mother took turkeys to Toronto. got 16cts a pound. caught a Mink last night.

Fri Dec 22. Very muddy. Uncle took us out to decorate and came for us. We went to the School Concert Mr. Bennett came over to stay all night.

Sat Dec 23. Fine and mild, but muddy. I went out to decorate Uncle came out later on. froze up at night.

Sun Dec 24. Fine bright day, and clean. Uncle at Mr. Conley's funeral. I went to Fisherville. Uncle, Aunt Nellie and I at Fishervill evening Church.

Mon Dec 25. Xmas Day. fine bright and mild. We spent the day at fathers.

Tue Dec 26. Fine and mild a little muddy. the girls and the children here for a while. Uncle and Aunt Mattie at fathers in the evening.

Wed Dec 27. Fine warm day. Uncle in Toronto with a load.

Thur Dec 28. Fine and very mild, quite sloppy. Uncle and Aunt Nellie out at Thorn hill in the evening
