(28) Went down to Filips and got my old pig and prooned apple trees a fine day
(29) Sunday a cold north wind we went up to church and to Dady toffs
(30) Went to kings town with a load of wood Dady snider and mother were down and i onder for a Binder an mower and a rake
(31) Cut fence poasts and halled peaces of rails it was a fine day for the last of March

2 April th/2 1903
(2) {Rrine?} water furrows and Did the chors and went up to Mister Wrights it rained in the morning but a fine after noon
(3) A north east sow storm i put away the cutter and worked in the shop I ord {olch} sod oats on the second of April
(4) I did the chores and worked in the shop and piled up what i did yester the snow is a about gon
(5) Went up to the baptest in the morning and stoped at John Arners for diners and went to kings town in the evening

(6) I helped wash and opend some furrows in the forenoon and filed Roscoes buck saw and prooned trees in the after noon it is raining to night
(7) We prooned trees and burnt the brush the mud was so sticky i thought i would loose my boots
(8) I went out and helped plant the apple trees and peach trees and helped put the wire on the road fence
(9) We finished the fence and put in the tile and Gordia and Roscoe went fishing
(10) We cut wood in the orcherd and maid a hog trough and went back to the orcherd and dug a ditch and helped John load oats that is all

April the/11 1903 (11) I did the chores and split wood in the forenoon and in the afternoon I filed John Arner's saw and plaid with the pup and Alice a wet rain.
(12) Went up to Daddy Sniders and to church it rained hard and he^a^vy my speller is not right as youl. notes.
(13) I took aload of oats up for John and it rained all the way home and its raining yet I got some potatoes from John for seed white jient {White Giant} and church hill {Churchill} seedling and early rose
(14) I cleaned the seller and did the choers it rained all day and still rains Bob has left us = my old pig found me nine pigs to day = April the = 14th
5 April th/15 1903 (15) I took John arners scales home and Rube Arners corn sheller home and maid a gait I went down to Roscoes in the after noon and put afloor in the pig nest it rained to day
(16) We went down town through the rain in the morning in the afternoon I baged up some oats and went to the bush and {skided?} some bolts out to the road afine afternoon
(17) I went out to the mill with chop and took my bolts out in the morning in the after noon I put the rize bords on the henhouse and helped Lues {Louise? }with the {calves?} a fine day
(18) I did the chores and split wook in the morning and I went to town after diner another fine day. Roscoe went up hone fore the night

(19) A fine sunday. Bob and I went to the lake and chased a bumble bea. we went up to Church it was a fine day
(20) I helped Alice wash in the morning and maid some hen nests and after diner I went out to the orcherd and harrowed the stubels and acame back a fine day agin
(21) I helped Mister Loot moove his house and Roscoe halled golddust and plowed for oats.
(22) I went and got pinch Bidy was sick this morning I plowed in the afternoon it snowed last night
23 We plowed for oats out back and Roscoe went to town and I went to Sladons and cleaned oats for seed it was a fine day.

(24) We put in our first oats to day it was fine in the forenoon but it rained all afternoon and still rains
(25) We went to the bush and cut posts to fix the road brige and I went out to mill and helped with the brige a fine day.
(26) We went up to church and when we got home Will and Lerina was hear it was a fine day sunday
(27) We plowed and soad oats hear in the field by the lake a fine day I am so tired my feet wont track to night o dear
(28) We finished the field hear by the lake we got it sowed and the furows cleaned and we finished the brige at the road Roscoe got a pig from me to night it waid 74 pounds {mathematical calculation: 74 x 5 = $370}

Rosco plowed and I scattered golddust We had a fine rain
(23) Rosco finished plowing the right acre field for corn it looks a lot like rain to night I helped Harry plant corn
24 Sunday We went up to church in the afternoon
(25) We disked all day I went up and got Dot towards planter for to morrow—
(26) We disked and harrowed and planted corn Solon Sher and Dr Baker was here to day Daddy tel came after the root drill
May 27 We planted corn and I should watch in the morning we plowed and scattered golddust we had a big wind and rain it blew down fence and a lot of trees

(28) We fixed up what the wind did in the morning and Rosco plowed in the afternoon
(29) I helped with the lain fence it blew down and spread gold dust Bud and Harry helped me with it Rosco plowed and planted
30 I spread golddust Rosco plowed and planted corn and Grodia plowed and harrowed We went up to Dady snyders for dinner and went out to church

June the first 1903 I replanted corn in the harrow field and Rosco plowed it rained after dinner

We finished planting corn to day and aint I glad
4 I roled and Rosco did a little of every thing and not much of anything and Ruben corner sods one field to day for me
5 We plowed the little orchard and put in sum potatoes and I plowed my beet patch and went to the corn
6 I planted my beets we had a fine rain. Ruby went up home
7 We went down to stations for diner then out to church at California

I went to town with a load of oats and got my mower and rake and did a number of other things too numerous to mention
11 I harrowed corn and plowed corn I thought I would freeze. Old Doll has a lump on her sholder as big as a bag of oats
12 I helped with the line fence all day near west of the bildings
13 I did a little of every thing and aint much of anything for it rained all day

10 I cut grass for Rube and cut the weeds along the road and helped put the binder up and went to bed and
11 We howed beets and I went up to Dady Squires and got my red pig and we fixed the fence along the west lain Cordia and Pinch was down to night
12 I plowed corn it rained Cordia cut wheat and Roscoe helped him
13 I plowed corn and took the lumber to the bush for the shanty Edie Seratch was up to day
14 I went and cut Humphrys wheat and eught others for it
15 I plowed corn and we are a going to Obley to night I got my hat on ready to go So good by

16 I plowed corn in the morning and we helped Cordia draw his wheat to day
17 Ruby and I went to Harrow in the after noon we had a big rain last night the wind blew the oats and corn down
18 We plaid in the forenoon and went up to Obley to church in the afternoon

21 I put the rake away and took the rack of the wagon and maid a single tree and went down to Roscoes and did some work in the barn and went over to Rubs and went and got the horses ready for morning and I gess that is all

I went to town with chop. It was a fine day. I started to plow for wheat.
21 We plowed all day. We got along fine — better than I expected.
22 We plowed all day. It was hot and dry and hard and the flies is so bad and the bumblebees are worse and dear me I S S S
23 We went up to church. It was a fine day. Rev. Mister Long preached.
24 We cut some posts for some new fence out the lawn and I put one in. It is so wet I can’t plow for wheat.
25 I plowed a little and rolled a little and had the summer complaint a little and we went up to Eolie Ilers a little while to-night.
August 26, 1903
26 We disked in the morning and drawed gold dust in the afternoon.
27 We drawed two loads of manure and it rained the rest of the day.
28 I did the chores. It rained all day and is raining yet. The water is standing every place.
29 I went to town this morning and got wire for the rain fence and did chores this afternoon.
30 We went up to Daddy Sniders for dinner and we went out to church.
31 We went up to Daddy Zufflemers and helped thrash to-day.

I intend around all day this hour and we went out to own the office.

I shelled corn for eight and did three all day it is still cold. He does not want to eat or carry no of up or ice if get more smoke in this room heat.

I made a mill and put the wagon again and did the cheese and loaded up some corn for eight until the target up were breakfast or yard night.

I went and got my farm cleaned and got my chef it is good sleeping now.
We moved time from the back and went to the Christmas tree up here.
We went up to the Christmas tree it's named all day.
We did the cheese and got me load of wood it was often Christmas day it is trying to absorb to myself.
I filled chimney up and went up to an daddy he's sick. A mole is hard it is cold it ought the chimney get a fun to meet.

3 I split a little wood and worked in the shop it was a cold day my old pig brought me $19.70 better than I expected

29 It rained all day and is raining yet We did chores and sit by the stove and dryed our clothes it acts like spring I think this will help the wheat it is about ten so I will quit and go to bed so good night

1 I went to the corner and shined on a log after I came back We did chores the rest of the day
2 Charley and I cut wood it was a fine day Dady went to Tome and Johns and and up home and to oley and to mister Fleeks I think that all it is thundering to night
3 it snowed this morning I filed the saw we went to the bush and got skews to move the house on I think it will be zero in the morning again
4 Charlie and I broke stubbles this morning the man from the home was hear to day I went to town this afternoon
