Mostly cloudy rained a little AM and considerable at times PM {N.S. up AM?} We got in {illegible} loads barley from No 2, Willi and I {allur?} went up in morning to look for the cattle found them all in after considerable search. We {illegible} slimp {also?} found in No 6 and let horses in there, PM. Saw No 2 pigged today a pip. Reeves got 5 day eggs {60 tn?}

Willi chopped pig feed AM. {Illegible} got {land I turn?} AM to plow his land P.M. Willi drove {down town rent? } $5.00 to M'D{name} Salt for new {part?} for {illegible} under 3 {to?} get {illegible} at {Phillip water?} for 25 {illegible}{rubber rings?} 20. he got at {name of store?} 25.5 at Russels {illegible} 15.5 at Ellis {illegible} $1.30. he then cut some food in No 3.A. We {stoked?} them after ten. Peter Clark {illegible} again to see about getting {illegible} to haul {illegible}.
