So when Pa came home Cretia & I went for a drive {of?} as far as howley & we met John & Mark we turned around & came back and Cretia got in with Mark & John with me. He came over home with me & we had our supper & then he went and hitched up his horses and we met Mark down the road hear on the culvert</td> |

| 28 | Friday Mrs Sweet was over & Cretia & John was over in the evening. |
| 29 | Saturday I was over to Cretie's in the afternoon |
| 30 | Saturday Pa & Ma went to Jane's Cretia & John was a comming over & I drove over & got Cretia & me a few minutes John came over and told me that he wanted to go with Mark.
