Tuesday, May 13th fine After arranging with Jim about place and writing to Will, Tom & I went to dig out ground hogs. we got seven, J.S. came home tonight.
Wensday 14th fine This morning I started out to Burts, and Will met caught up to me on the way at Blacksmith Shop. And he & I went to see J.S.'s land in Afternoon. The tenant says he will not do any fall plowing.
Thursday 15th fine I went to Burts to see Bull And also to Mr McKinnon's horse St Patrick, And one of his get, got home about 6 P.M. went for beef in morning
Friday 16th fine In Morning T & I sorted potatoes and shipped some too and I bgt seed and feed corn and Turnip seed ext. $668 om Afternoon we washed sheep and worked at wire fence in Afternoon 6.68
Saturday 17th fine Tom & I went to town in morning we prepared for the business in England, and bgt a load of Oats. 3150 Commission 20 c went to see about railway ticket Ect. groceries ect 25 30. .20
